Spring has Sprung

Today I was lying on my couch watching the birds eat from the 3 feeders I have outside my window. Out of the corner of my eye I saw something GREEN! I looked more closely and there it was! Leaves sprouting on the bush just outside my door. Buds growing on the two trees just past that. Suddenly the grass is green and even a little long in places. Holy cow! When did all that happen? Later I went to the grocery store and the Forsythia all around town are blooming! There are daffodils and violets and grape hyacinth blooming everywhere!

Spring is a beautiful thing. It's been raining here for days on end and today is the first nice day. It's amazing how everthing is just popping out now.
